The Electrolux Professional EUC40G1 is a compact undercounter dishwasher built for cafes, bars, restaurants, and food-service operations where hygiene compliance, throughput, and straightforward installation are the priorities.
A built-in pressure boiler delivers a guaranteed minimum 82°C sanitising rinse on every cycle with no external booster required. A temperature interlock confirms both wash and rinse temperatures are reached before each cycle completes, providing mechanical proof of hygiene compliance rather than a target setting.
Three cycle options at 90, 120, and 180 seconds handle light to heavy soiling at up to 40 racks or 720 dishes per hour, keeping pace with service demands without interruption.
Installation requires no three-phase wiring, no external boiler and no additional chemical pumps. The EUC40G1 runs on standard 240V single-phase power with a factory-fitted drain pump, detergent dispenser and rinse aid dispenser included as standard. Double-skinned insulation holds operational noise below 70 dBA while minimising heat loss, and just 2.8 litres of fresh hot rinse water per cycle keeps running costs low.
Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, the EUC40G1 features revolving interchangeable wash and rinse arms, triple-layer filtration, and advanced electronic controls with self-diagnostics and automatic interior self-cleaning.

The EUC40G1 runs on standard 240V single-phase power with no three-phase wiring required. Water supply requirements are 10–60°C at 2–5 bar (29–73 psi) with a 22mm drain line. A built-in drain pump, detergent dispenser and rinse aid dispenser are included as standard, with no external pumps or boosters needed.
