Maytag commercial washers and gas dryers operate on a standard 10 amp power point. Maytag commercial electric dryers require a 20 amp power supply. If a 20 amp power supply is not available on site, a licensed electrician will assist you with 20 amp power.
Power requirements depend on the size and model of industrial washing machine required. It is very important to get the correct advice when selecting a machine to suit your requirements. Our sales consultants can help you.
Yes, our dryers can be converted to either Natural or LP Gas, depending on your requirements prior to delivery.
Soft mount is our high spin range of washing machines which offer a greater G force due to a suspended drum system, meaning less moisture retention. They also require a lower level of floor support.
Rigid mount is our normal spin washing machine which spins at a lower G force due to a fixed drum system and required a rigid, solid floor support.
Soft mount provides a higher spin speed, reducing moisture retention hence reducing drying times and are ideal for use with an ironer. The soft mount machines also offer a greater range in capacity of load size and require less floor support than a rigid mount machine.
Rigid mount machines are ideal in a coin operated situation, when washing personals only or when operating smaller quantities with no ironing requirements.
Plinths are essential to ensure that the correct door height is achieved to ensure the correct ergonomics are met for the operator. Richard Jay Laundry Equipment can supply and engineered plinth from 100mm up to 380mm to suit your specific requirements.

Because the LG Commercial washers have a larger bowl, that allows them to run at a max RPM of 1150, compared to competitor front load washers that range between 900 and 1000RPM.
Triple shock-absorbing noise dampening and heavy duty dprings allow for the quiest wash available. Less vibration allows for a more stable washing machine, and means no need to bolt the machine down.
