The Pony DB Premium Shirt Press is a rotary double-buck finishing system designed for high-productivity processing of men’s and women’s shirts, polo shirts, chef uniforms and medical uniforms. Its two Teflon-coated pressing bucks and Pony Sleeve Technology provide precise sleeve positioning and a high-quality finish, including on more difficult garments.
Pony Touch Technology provides colour touchscreen control for program customisation, productivity monitoring, diagnostics and maintenance alerts, with remote access available through an Ethernet connection. When paired with a dedicated collar and cuff press workstation, the DB Premium can achieve productivity of up to 120 shirts per hour.
