    In High Productivity mode, the EHT80ROW processes up to 80 racks or 1,440 dishes per hour across three cycle options at 45, 84, and 150 seconds. A dedicated hygiene mode raises wash temperature to 75°C and delivers 63 racks per hour with enhanced sanitisation. Switching between modes requires a single button press with no reconfiguration needed.

    A built-in atmospheric boiler maintains a constant 84°C rinse temperature regardless of incoming water pressure, delivering reliable sanitisation every cycle without an external booster. A temperature interlock prevents the cycle from completing until both wash and rinse temperatures are reached. The EHT80ROW meets DIN 10512 and NSF/ANSI 3 hygiene standards and uses just 2 litres of water per cycle.

    Delivered as 415V three-phase with on-site convertibility to 240V single-phase, the EHT80ROW accommodates diverse site power configurations. The single-skin hood is supported by three springs for smooth, consistent operation within a compact footprint. Full AISI 304 stainless steel construction, slanted wash arms to prevent detergent drip-back, automatic self-cleaning, and HACCP-ready electronics are included as standard.

    What are the power and water connection requirements?

    The EHT80ROW is delivered as 415V three-phase with 9.9 kW installed power and can be converted on-site to 240V single-phase or 240V three-phase to suit available infrastructure. Water supply requirements are 10–65°C at 0.5–7 bar with a 20.5 mm drain line.

    The machine can operate connected to cold water only, with throughput adjusting to 48 racks per hour at 10°C supply or 55 racks per hour at 20°C supply. Optional drain pump, rinse aid dispenser, and detergent dispenser kits are available separately.
