We carry three brands of washers – LG, Electrolux Professional & Tolon. All have been tested in Australia and have proven effective on a global scale.
LG Commercial washers are designed to last 10,000 cycles – that’s four cycles per day over a period of seven years. These are great for shared living in apartment buildings, caravan parks and mining camps.
Electrolux Industrial washers are more durable still, designed to last 30,000 cycles, or eight cycles per day for 10 years. These are designed to deliver the best possible wash results in high-usage situations – for example, on-premise laundries in hotels, hospitals, central laundries and prisons. Tolon was established in 1937, designed for multi-shift applications, and focused on commercial laundries that demand the most robust products. This reliable product range is renowned for its low operating costs and minimal maintenance.

Washers spin at higher speeds to reduce water removal and
minimise energy usage during the drying process, which can
cause machine imbalances. For this reason, it’s critical to
choose a washer with an accelerometer that manages this
imbalance and protects the appliance.

Given that chemicals are the second-largest cost over the life of a
machine, in-built liquid dosing pumps have become the standard.
The ability to automatically adjust this according to the loaded
weight makes for a less wasteful, more efficient and most
cost-effective process and reduces the environmental impact.

Washing at the correct temperature not only improves wash results, but also ensures that the laundry process meets Australian standards for thermal disinfection – 65C for 10 minutes

LG offers simple control, with four programs and
basic display.
Electrolux’s Compass Pro control offers an LCD screen with 15 programs, combining a full range of features with a user-friendly operation experience. This is available in WN6/WS6 and
WH6-6/PW9C models.
Electrolux’s Clarus Vibe control is our newest and most
advanced control. Standard on models WH6-11/14/20/27/33,
the 7-inch touch screen offers 199 programs and
best-in-segment features.

cycles that automatically clean the drum, enhancing hygiene and
sanitation standards.

This is available as an option on all washers equipped with our latest Clarus Vibe control. This innovative solution uses load cells to weigh each load and prevents operators from under- or overloading equipment. This in turn maximises the efficiency of each cycle, which is the most significant cost in any laundry.
