Validated Ozone Disinfection

The system is available with a sophisticated validation unit which monitors the amount of ozone being injected into the wash process and provides a print out confirming that the wash cycle has achieved disinfection. This guarantees complete peace of mind in all environments where infection control is critical.RJ ReNew saves time and money. The system takes up to thirty minutes less to disinfect than conventional thermal disinfection cycles and therefore reduces labour costs*.

Breathe Easy
The Richard Jay ReNew system incorporates a room monitor strategically placed in the laundry to measure the amount of Ozone off gas in the surrounding working environment. This is to protect you from any potentially harmful effects of excess ozone gas. If the room levels reach 0.1ppm for 2 minutes the unit will beep indicating the level. If the level increases to 0.18 ppm for 1 minute the unit cuts the supply to the Ozone generator. The alarm will stop sounding when Ozone level is at a safe operating level at which time the Ozone generator will re-commence.
